In development — a customer engagement platform, being built. What exists today ↗

Customer engagement, with context

Turn customer context into a better next message.

Know who you’re talking to. Understand where they are. Make the next message worth receiving.

We’re building BraidRoute to bring customer profiles, audiences, journeys, and multichannel campaigns together.

Built around the moments that matter

From a first hello
to a reason to return.

Good engagement begins before the send button. Our product direction starts with what a customer needs next.

01

Welcome with purpose

Help a new customer find their footing, instead of dropping them into a one-size-fits-all sequence.

02

Keep the next step relevant

Use customer activity and audience context to shape the journey, not just the calendar.

03

Reconnect thoughtfully

Bring people back with a useful reason, while respecting their preferences.

The direction, not a finished product

One connected view.
More deliberate action.

We’re building a customer data platform (CDP) foundation for profiles and audiences, with journeys and campaigns designed to work across channels.

Today, the repository contains foundation domain contracts and a separate legacy demo using fake providers. There is no delivered marketer workspace or live CDP.
